Yoga for Mental Health

Learn how specific yogic approaches can help with anxiety, depression and other common mental health issues.

Stress or chronic anxiety can be a big factor in the onset of depression. Practices to subtly raise energy will form the core of the practices to help alleviate depression.

This workshop includes posture work, mudra, pranayama, meditation and yoga nidra to bring a sense of balance.
